Founded in 2023, Liv Architecture and Design PC was started with the goal of bringing haute design beyond the boarders of New York City.

Our President and founder, Olivia M. Holub, has carefully curated our mission and formulated the literal “foundation” on which each project relies.
With over 20 years of experience, Olivia has worked at some of the largest/oldest/most established architecture firms and some of the smallest/newest/most progressive.
Her educational background, firmly routed in practicality with a Bachelors in Architecture from The New Jersey Institute of Technology, also includes an expertise of the theoretical with a Masters in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University in New York City.
This diverse experience gives Liv Arch a strong base to deliver on a wide range of project scales and typologies.

Unrelated to her AIA membership, Olivia was recognized by the American Institute of Architects with a Presidential Citation in 2012 for her involvement in the rebuilding of “Ground Zero.”

Rotch Travelling Studio
2003
The Rotch Travelling Studio is a foreign-travel grant that provides scholarships toward enhancing students’ architectural education. In 2003, Olivia was part of a studio awarded the grant to travel to Scandinavia and study the immensely influential and important work of past and present architects.
Masonry Design/Build Finalist
2003
Annually, more than 100 students from New Jersey Institute of Technology’s College of Architecture and Design come together to compete in Masonry Contractors of New Jersey’s annual Masonry Design/Build Competition. The team-spirited competition tasks NJIT architecture students with researching a project site and then building a masonry mock-up based on a critical element of their design. Participating in its founding year, 2003, Olivia was a member of a team which placed as a finalist.

2002
During the summer of 2002. Olivia participated in a studio and history exchange program in Rome and Siena, Italy where she attended the Università di Siena. Attendance in this program allowed Olivia to graduate with her bachelors a semester early.
